The Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Washington has published it’s annual report card for the 2017 Legislative session. A total of 8 pieces of legislation were used to evaluate the legislators, with a ninth used for extra credit, yielding an actual score for Wilson of 110%! See the score card. The AGC based it’s scoring on whether the legislator supported or apposed legislation that the AGC backed.
AGC contacted Senator Wilson to inform here that she would be the recipient of the AGC’s “Legislator of the Year Award” and honored her at their January 26th annual luncheon in Seattle.
“I was honored to receive the Legislator of the year award today. I share the vision and goals of the AGC to create an environment conducive to economic development and a thriving construction industry.”, said Senator Wilson after receiving the honors.
